I'm an account manager within the Utrecht University Library for the Faculty of Medical Sciences (UMC Utrecht). First point of contact for their students and researchers regarding the services offered by the library. Part of the Publishing Support Department, assisting researchers with all aspects of academic publishing. I tackle problems analytically and accurately. I adapt quickly to new working fields. I have a critical attitude and am not afraid to come up with new ideas.
